Indrė Larssen is a Lithuanian poet and translator originally from Anykščiai, Lithuania. She has lived in Norway since the late 1990s and is currently based in Ulvik, by the Hardanger Fjord – the birthplace of poet Olav H. Hauge. After a long creative silence, she rediscovered her poetic voice amid the meeting of two homelands.
Writing in Lithuanian, Larssen explores themes of belonging, distance, light, and quiet resilience. Her poetry intertwines the calm of her Lithuanian roots with the openness of the Nordic landscape. She has published in Lithuanian literary journals such as Šiaurės Atėnai and Poezijos pavasaris, and regularly participates in literary events in both Lithuania and Norway.
